Only "C" is possible. But there's got to be an error as to the subject-verb agreement.

Industry as it stands alone is "non-count", but when it refers to a spesific branch of production, it takes either singular or plural form accordingly, thus becoming "count-noun".

Here "American automobile industry" seems to be somewhat spesific, and apparently requires a singular verb "has"

B) is suffering/will not

When the first part of the sentence is in "The Simple Present Tense" while the second cluse (after because ) is in the future, I can hardly associate the "cause and effect" relation.

"Becasue" simply refers to a reason in the future, but the SP in the first sentence indicates a present situation. Hence; we CANNOT say;

"I am hungry because you will not feed me."

or

"I am suffering because you will leave me" (well this sounds a bit more logical than the previous one, yet still lacks the semantic consistency.)

In short : "B" is Ok but sounds "tuhaf" to me..

"Because" dan önce bir virgül gerkmezmi "B" olursa??. "Yani geleceğe dair reddetme, ayak diretme anlamında". Açıkçası "B" bu anlamda mantıklı ve Seyfi Hoca doğru söylüyor. Yine de "virgül" arar oldu gözlerim.
