Statutes are usually framed in more or less general
terms, and, in order to apply these general terms to
particular cases, interpretation becomes necessary.

ben sınavda plausible yi işaretlemiştim unavoidable ile arasında kalmıştım ama ösym yanıldıgımı söylüyor onlar söylerse başka söyler ne yapalım :D

Bu cümle;''Ne zaman yazılı bir formül özel bir duruma uyarlanacak olsa orda mutlaka yorum devreye girer !'' gibi bi anlam verdiği için ''yorum kaçınılmazdır'' ifadesi akla geliyor hemen;)

plausable ise; akla yatan, makul,inandırıcı anlamında olup buraya pek uygun düşmemektedir :)

yeterince açıklayıcı olabilmişimdir umarım :)
