I think love and health are the most important factors for happiness.But love here doesn't mean only the love felt for a darling.It also means love for your mother, father, cat, namely the thing that make your heart full of happiness when it comes to your mind.And health is the other factor for happiness.When you are healthy, everything in your life looks healthy to you.I mean that you find nothing to be stressed.Of course there may be unhappy people you love around you, but with your happiness you can cheer them up too.:smiley3:

Happiness changes person to person. Some people feel happy from the easiest things, but some don't. Sometimes it is impossible to make a person happy.
In fact, life is shorter than we guess. So, we all should be happy in any time.
To be honest, there should be some factors to be happy such as money, job, lover....etc. First money.....we have to agree that money brings happiness and trust. Nearly lots of people do not accept this idea. Unfortunately, it is real. By the way, I do not mean only money but it can be the first on my list.
I can be happy in any time because l am positive on every subject.
Be positive and smile all the time. Happiness is only at the mercy of you...

Isn't there anbody else wanting to write something? I talked to alot of people about this subject,and most of them told the same things such as money, love,being successful at school.....But I need something different.I think we should be more creative and I believe that members of dilforum can do this....:smiley2:

PS: In past people used to blame God and destiny for their personality, now our genes are new culprits. :)

I think, the most important part of happiness is, to love ourselves first.

sometimes i think this and i will be happy when i realise my dreams. i would like to be a teacher and i would like to have twins :D but now while i am drinking my tea i think that i am happy because my parents are still alive and healty and i need them more.

and i think money can bring happiness if your friends and relations whom you love are with u and you and they have good healty ; but love can bring more happiness than money :D

People make me happy.Even if I'm so sick I can be happy thanks to people.

I read something about happiness 2 or 3 years ago.It was a book of İpek Ongun.There was a list of things that makes us happy.I didn't believe it was all unbelievable but true.For exm,

I'm happy while drinking coffee,
I'm happy while sleeping on a new changed bedclothes,
I'm happy when I finished a book,
I'm happy while watching the rain

etc.

And after reading it I found a lot of things that makes me happy.Writing about happiness also made me happy :)

Everybody should learn happiness with a little things.Unfortunately,Most people are malcontent.

if I'm really really depressed, a bar of chocolate :D

but generally when I'm unhappy, talking to a friend (esp gamze :smiley6:) helps me feel better :)
