parça genelde Chicago in the past ile ilgili. bu durumda c, d ve e ilk etapta elenebilen seçenekler gibi görünüyor. a şıkkı ise son cümleyle bi uyum sağlamadığından b şıkkı doğru şık gibi görünüyor.

Ehveniser 8th August 2006, 12:04 At the beginning of this century, a group of writers from scattered midwestern towns came together in bustling, commercial Chicago. From the rough immediacy of the city, they forged a style that was distinctively and unsparingly realistic. _____ . In fact, the critics were soon to describe Chicago as the literary capital of the US.
A) Most of them, however, finally moved away from Chicago - eğer öyle olsaydı Şikago edebiyatın başkenti diye anılmazdı
B) The "Chicago Renaissance", fuelled by these writers, soon captured the attention of the rest of the nation - bence doğru cevap B.
C) It is now a commonplace of literary criticism that there is a close relationship between cities and their writers - bu çok genel bir ifade, şehirlerin yazarlarla birlikte anılmasından öte birşeyden bahsediliyor, edebiyatın başkenti...
D) Chicago is indeed a city of absorbing contrast, and not least in the field of architecture - Şikagonun mimari yapısı vs burda söz konusu edilmemiş
E) American realism differs in many obvious ways from European realism -ne alaka? Avrupa realizminden hiç bahis yok ki!
