''To be, or not to be: that is the question ''
What does this sentence refer to you ? In other words , what's the question according to you ?

Bunu sorup sormadığınızı bilmiyorum ama ;
Olmak ya da olmamak , sorgulanması gereken budur .

To be, or not to be,—that is the question:—
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,
And by opposing end them?—To die,—to sleep,—
No more; and by a sleep to say we end
The heartache, and the thousand natural shocks
That flesh is heir to,—'tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wish'd.
It seems Prince Hamlet is asking two things simultaneously.
(1)
Whether 'tis nobler in the mind to suffer
The slings and arrows of outrageous fortune
Or to take arms against a sea of troubles,
And by opposing end them?
This part seems to show that Prince Hamlet is wondering whether or not he should take revenge on Claudius for the murder of his (Prince Hamlet's) father.
(2)
....................—To die,—to sleep,—
No more; and by a sleep to say we end
The heartache, and the thousand natural shocks
That flesh is heir to,—'tis a consummation
Devoutly to be wish'd.
This part seems to show that Prince Hamlet is thinking that, rather than either suffering quietly or taking revenge (as in (1) above), he might also simply kill himself. This is the main question, to my mind: whether to commit suicide or not.

Bunu sorup sormadığınızı bilmiyorum ama ;
Olmak ya da olmamak , sorgulanması gereken budur .
By asking ''what is the question'' I mean question = mesele because ''that is the question''
is translated ''işte bütün mesele budur'' in Turkish .

What a beautiful translation :stretch:
When I first heard about it I thought it means ''to die or (to) live ''
