C şıkkında öğrencilerin harç ve diğer ihtiyaçlarını ödemeleri gerektiğinden bahsetmiş e de ise bu öğrencilerin çoğunun yazın 6 hafta boyunca çalıştıklarından ama akademik dönem esnasında çalışmadıklarından bahsetmiş. Eğer paragraf kütüphanelerin kaynaklarını nasıl oluşturduklarından bahsetseydi bu cümle uygun olurdu ama ne direkt olarak üniversitelerle ne de öğrencilerle direkt bağlantı kuran bir cümle olduğu için paragraftan çıkarmamaız gereken cümle 4. cümle.
