It is ItalianRoma I think and the Pisa Tower
And also it leans to one side because of this it is Pisa Tower I guess.
It was built in 1173
Also it is said Leaning Tower of Pisa
but its real constructer is dilemma.several architects and engineers worked on it as I understand from the passage.
