you're actually right about the selling cigarettes to people who are under 18,
but,
sigaraya gelene kadar ne çarpıklıklar var...

You are absolutely right but I don't think that it can change anymore..Maybe we can't change government's point of view but if these children become more conscious (thanks to education) it may be possible. And as you have mentioned above , it is about being strict..

I think if goverment gives big penalties to whom sells cigarette to whom is under 18 ,this problem will be solved a little.

Education may be good solution in long-term.But for short-quick solution penalty can be better.

I think this problem couldn't be solved by this way.
There are bigger problems in Turkey than this...
do u want to an example?

But It seems as if It is gonna take a long tıme for our people to fully understand the importance of education. And some people take advantage of people's ignorance.

I think people , gradually, understand the importance of education. We used to hear these words very often ' what will do if you study ?'
but recently we don't hear it.Because people noticed that ( as a friend said :D) ' education is a must '

(As i said before)

In my opinion , for stopping the selling cigarette to whom is under 18 ,Big penalties are required.

I dont think It is the definite solution.Because If u ban smoking then people wıll begin smoking secretly and cigarette will be sold underhand.Banning smoking is not a solution But restrickting or completely ceasing its production may help. But I don't think cigarette producers and sellers will like this idea. And smoking is such a menace that It's is really hard to get rid of( And It was 4. Murat who banned ıt.Wishing He was alive:D)

What will be changed if they ban selling cigarettes  People 'll buy cigarettes from abroad.Turkiye have large fields of tobacco, but people will buy it from abroad,eh?..Smoking is an issue of preference, but when it comes to selling cigarettes under 18,the survey must be strict. Also,if government can't control the markets, parents must control their children firstly..

FIRSTLY, IF WE REALLY WANNA LET OURSELVES BELIEVE WHAT WE SUCCEED through ALLAH's guidance,THEN WE CAN ACTUALLY GET BUSY AT GOOD WORKS, GOOD WORKS THAT WE really DESIRE FOR OUR NEW GENERATION TO BE SUBMITTER OF THE HIGH STANDARDS WE CANNOT OBTAIN IN A SNAP , NOT SO ?
