Sorunun cevabı E seçeneğidir arkadaşlar. D seçeneği hariç diğer seçeneklere yapı olarak itirazım yok, ancak anlam olarak soru köküyle uyumlu gözükmüyorlar. En yakın çeldirici C seçeneğinde bulunuyor anlamı ise şöyle 'ülke, büyük baraj projelerine başlamaktan başka çare bırakmakyan bir su krizi çektiği için' bu sebebin ortaya çıkaracağı bir sonuç ülkenin yatırım yapması, baraj projelerine başlaması vb. olabilir.
