A) alleged
B) charged
C) maintained
D) denied
E) assumed

"B" is the correct answer. If you are appearing in court as a defendant, that means you are "CHARGED WITH" some guilt, doesn't it?

Sait Hocam,
Burada Charged with kullanırken passive bir oluşum olması gerekmezmiydi?

Bana göre bu soruda eksiklik yok. "charged with " reduced relative clause var burda . zaten normalde yapı passive.
Yani " woman, who was charged with" yerine "woman, charged with" denmiş.
Gerçi soruyu Sait Hocama sormuşsunuz ama ben cevapladım görünce;)
