after simplification by dividing each side of equation with 4, we can obtain following equation,
y^2-4y+3=0 then
y -3
y -1
we can get the roots as, y1=3 and y2=1
the thing that is asked for us is absolute value of twice the difference of roots
that is, 2*(I3-1I)=?
=2*2
=4 that's it:D

The correct answer must be "E".
