Now that Jim has signed the contract, he is bound hand and foot to do the work.

The meaning of the idiom bound hand and foot is:
• indicate hostility and readiness to fight
• wholly obligated, unable to free oneself
• to fail to understand, to be quite confused about
• not showing one's feelings does not necessarily mean a lack of feeling

bence de wholly obligated and and unable to free oneself seçeneği doğru olanı.

içinde hand and foot geçen bir idiom örneği de ben vermek istiyorum, "wait on (somebody`s) hand and foot" birisi için herşeyi yapmak, her ihtiyaçlarını karşılamak anlamında.

ex: The scheme backfires when Ann suffers an injury in Frasier's apartment, forcing our hero to wait on her hand and foot for fear of a costly lawsuit. (Frasier/2004)
